1) Processing Time

Orders are processed & packed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

5) Customs & Import Duty

Every country has different import/customs tax rules.

    • Any import/customs duty outside India is the customer’s responsibility

    • We do not undervalue or mark orders as “gift”


6) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If order returns due to wrong address or nobody receiving it:

    • Reshipping cost must be paid by customer

    • Refund (if requested) will be issued after deducting shipping charges


7) Damaged / Missing Items

If your product arrived damaged or wrong item delivered:

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video

    • We will provide free replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
