1) Processing Time
Orders are processed & packed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

We ship to 200+ countries using trusted courier partners:

4) Tracking Information

5) Customs & Import Duty
Every country has different import/customs tax rules.
- Any import/customs duty outside India is the customer’s responsibility
- We do not undervalue or mark orders as “gift”
6) Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If order returns due to wrong address or nobody receiving it:
- Reshipping cost must be paid by customer
- Refund (if requested) will be issued after deducting shipping charges
7) Damaged / Missing Items
If your product arrived damaged or wrong item delivered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video
- We will provide free replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
